Medeama suffered a 3-1 defeat to Hearts of Oak in a high-profile friendly at home on Sunday.
Striker Joseph Esso opened the scoring in the 38th minutes courtesy the spot kick before Selassie Bakai added a brace after recess.
The lead was extended by Bakai in the 75th minute, however, midfielder Justice Blay pulled one goal back for Medeama
With just two minutes to end regulation time, Bakai scored again to ensure Kim Grant’s side left Tarkwa victorious.
