Medeama share spoils with Ebusua Dwarfs in 1-1 stalemate

Medeama shared the spoils with Ebusua Dwarfs in a Ghana Premier League fixture on Thursday.

The visitors started brightly and took the game to the home side right from the blast of the whistle.

The Mauve and Yellows were awarded a deserved penalty after Agyenim Boateng was fouled by the goalkeeper.

Striker Kwame Boateng elected himself and converted beautifully to give the home side the lead.

Dwarfs came strongly into the second half and got a deserved equalizer after Abu Nabah slalomed home from 25-yards beating goalkeeper Eric Ofori Antwi.

The two teams piled pressure in search of the equalizer but it was Medeama who could have snatched the match-winner after substitute Tahiru Awudu piledriver hit the woodwork.

The game ended, leaving Medeama 5th on the table with two outstanding games to spare.
