Medeama travel to Ebusua Dwarfs in the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League opener before hosting Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko.
The Mauve and Yellows make the brave trip to the Robert Mensah Stadium on Sunday December 29.
The Tarkwa-based side will host Hearts of Oak at the Akoon park before traveling to Liberty Professionals on January 12, 2020.
The team return to Tarkwa to face Asante Kotoko before making the long journey to Dawu to face Dreams FC.
There are subsequent games at home to Ashantigold before traveling to Dorma to battle Aduana Stars.
Medeama will host Bechem United on match day -8 before playing neighbours Karela United.
The two-time FA Cup winners will wrap the campaign with a home game against West African Football Academy on July 19, 2020.
