Medeama defender Baba Musah was crowned Man of the Match in the side’s 2-1 defeat at home to West African Football Academy.
The lanky centre-back put up another solid display as the Mauve and Yellows lost for the first time at home this season.
Musah was adjudged the Most Valuable Player for the third time this season at the same venue.
Prince Opoku Agyemang put the home side in front as early as the second minute of the first half.
However, Enock Asubonteng pulled parity eight minutes into the second half.
Godwin Agbevor put the icing on the cake for the Academy Boys with the game-winner four minutes into a sixth-minute injury time.
The defeat is a massive blow to Medeama, who are chasing their first Premier League title this term.
