Medeama quintet make Ghana squad for Namibia friendly on November 24

Five Medeama players have made the cut for the home-based Ghana squad for the international friendly against Namibia on November 24.

Midfielders Kwasi Donsu and Justice Blay as well as defender Ibrahim Yaro and striker Kwame Boateng are among the 25-man squad named by coach Maxwell Konadu.

In-form goalkeeper Eric Ofori Antwi has been called up into the team after his explosive season with the Mauve and Yellows.

The  quintet are expected to play a key role for the Local Black Stsrs ahead of the international friendly against Namibia in Windhoek.

The players are expected to report for camping in Prampram on Monday November 19.

The Ghana versus Namibia game will be played at the Sam Nujoma Stadium, Windhoek in honour of Namibia’s President, Hage Gottfried Geingob.
