Defender Philip Osei has returned to the squad to face Ashantigold after recovering from an injury.
The left-back has taken his place after passing a late fitness test.
He replaces Fatawu Sulemana who impressed heavily on his debut in the 1-0 defeat at Dreams FC on Sunday.
Osei has been the preferred choice since the start of the season but the impressive work ethic of Sulemana and the return of Bright Enchil means, he needs to work extra hard.
He is expected to walk straight to the team.
Medeama will be aiming to return to winning ways after losing 1-0 at Dreams FC last week.
