About The Club

History
On the 9th of September 2008 the team FC Medeama was born at the office of the director at exactly 11:20am and dully registered thereafter.

In a spate of eight months it has become a bogey side in the devision 2 league. It is the
yardstick for the measurement of performance for the competing teams.

Thus, Clubs test their strength by playing FC Medeamaa. Within a year the team has booked its place in the Division One League.

On Thursday 22nd October 2009 the team topped the super middle league with 7 points and 11 goals to gain it division one status.

The concept originated from its president and bankroller Mr Moses Armah.

This idea was muted to Mr. James Essilfie the current chairman from Dompim. Dompim
incidentally became the home seat of the team because Premier League and national team players have been groomed from there.

National under 21 (satellite) and Heart of Lions Striker, Hans Kwofie and Samuel Enzemoba of Kumasi Asante Kotoko started their football career in this community.
